Batavia, NY, April 24, 2023 – Chapin International wins the 2023 Buffalo Business First manufacturing award in Operational Excellence. 2023 marks Chapin’s 139^th year in business and 139 years of manufacturing excellence. It represents continued success and growth. Chapin has been a privately held company since its inception. It’s built solid ties in the community, strong vendor relationships and a valued local workforce.

Chapin International understands that “made locally, sold globally” resonates with those living in the communities where Chapin operates. It’s the pride of those living and working in Western New York, Ohio, Kentucky and Michigan. Chapin keeps its workforce and a large part of the supply chain in the United States. Over 90 percent of Chapin’s manufactured goods are made in and ships out of Western New York. They have since 1884.
