Chapin 41001: Single Zone Water Timer with Water-Resistant Construction, Set Frequency, Duration and Time Delay

Chapin makes it easy and affordable to add a water timer to your home garden system. Water timers regulate the amount of water consumed and can comply with municipal watering restrictions. Our 41001 programmable, motor driven water timer connects to any outdoor faucet with a ¾” GHT thread. Install it outside to control sprinklers or irrigation systems in your garden and yard. Simple, two dial display with dust cover. Always use clean freshwater with this unit between 34° and 140° F (1° C to 60° C).           

• Outdoor use: fits faucets with a ¾” GHT thread then connect your garden hose; use with inline sprinkler systems, standard sprinklers and other irrigation equipment
• Set and schedule: duration, frequency, time delay allow you to decide how often and how little you want to water; if you know it’s going to rain, you can set it to delay watering until a specified time; if you have a preference to water at a specific time during the week or on multiple days, you can set the frequency; if there’s a drought and you need to limit water, set the duration for how long it will run
• Duration: 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 60, 90, 120 minutes; ideal if there’s a drought and you need to limit water or watering specific plants and areas you don’t want to overwater
• Frequency: 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 hours and 1, 2, 3, 7 days; ideal if you have a set schedule, know it’s going to be hot and dry or prefer to set it and forget it
• Time delay: options to set desired watering time; ideal if you’d like to at specific times of the day or when you know you’ll have rain and additional watering isn’t needed
• Construction and install: heavy-duty plastic and water-resistant, cover included; install above ground, vertically at the tap and it can handle an operating pressure up to 116 psi
• Accessories: backflow valves sold separately; 2 AAA batteries required (not included)
